At Kraken Digital Asset Exchange, our Asset Listing team is dedicated to accelerating the global adoption of crypto. We ensure our clients can access the latest crypto tokens on our platform while giving new crypto projects the visibility they deserve.
We’re looking for a Sr. Associate, Business Operations to join our team remotely, based in the US or the APAC region. As a Sr. Associate on our Business Operations team, you’ll own the engine rooms of Asset Listings: intake workflows, partner-ops coordination, KPI tracking, and cross-functional execution. You’ll bridge BD, Legal, Engineering, and Product to turn token referrals into live markets — on time and on spec.
Reporting to a senior leader, this individual contributor role offers a unique opportunity for an operations-oriented professional eager to help shape the future of crypto while contributing to a top-tier brand.
The opportunity
Manage the referral pipeline, triage new tokens, and track status through launch
Build and refine SOPs, playbooks, and runbooks for every stage: review, due diligence kick-off, integration scheduling, and post-launch monitoring
Serve as the operational point-person for token teams, Market Makers, Legal, Engineering, and Marketing
Facilitate weekly syncs, document action items, and drive SLAs for sales cycles, integration lead times, and liquidity health
Define, maintain, and automate dashboards tracking signed deals, service-attach rates, time-to-integration, and liquidity SLA pass rates
Surface trends, risks, and opportunities via regular reporting, and ensure data integrity across systems
Identify bottlenecks and implement automations to reduce manual handoffs and scale operations
Present operational performance and key insights to senior leadership and partner teams
Act as internal operations lead, ensuring a world-class experience from pitch through post-launch support
Skills you should HODL
At least 4 years of experience in Business or Revenue Operations roles within the financial services industry, including fintech, exchanges, or high-growth SaaS companies. Experience in the crypto industry is a strong plus, but not required.
Understanding of the end-to-end asset listing process, including onboarding, and ongoing lifecycle management of assets across centralized platforms.
Knowledge of exchange mechanics (listings, market-making, tokenomics)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate due diligence across legal, compliance, product, and engineering teams, while effectively managing timelines to ensure smooth asset launches.
Experience with project management methodologies and are comfortable managing multiple intake queues and coordinating cross-functional playbooks.
Highly proficient with project management tools like Jira or equivalent, spreadsheets, and basic scripting or no-code automation tools.

You are passionate about the cryptocurrency world and, most importantly, have a learning attitude about new crypto-industry trends
You believe wholeheartedly in the cypherpunk, libertarian values outlined in Kraken’s Tentaclements document.
Based either in the US or within the APAC region, and fluent in English.
