Tcgm Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist TCGM manager in overall Management of TCGM operation at client site
- Attend customer meeting for TCGM related work; Report daily operation works
- Lead a team of technicians and ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures and rules
- Plan and manage daily TCGM operation and preventive maintenance work in semiconductor/ solar fab as instructed and according to schedule (for both Chem & Gas work)
- Perform daily inspection to ensure chemical & slurry and gas system integrity; ensure operations to follow Standard Operation Procecedure (SOP)
- Perform troubleshooting of chemical, slurry and gas systems
- Manage spare parts stock on-site and PPE inventory
- Update TCGM related results and analyze system/ quality performance
- Coordinate with customers to support TCGM related services as directed
- Ensure sufficient chemical materials for customer usage & within permit limit; support logistic activities
- Perform and allocate manpower arrangement to ensure smooth operation
- Responsible for training and coaching of TCGM members and coordinate with Safety officer for relevant training course needed by TCGM members
- Maintain high housekeeping standards in TCGM areas
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

**Keys Requirements**
- Possess Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical or E&I Engineering Field or equivalent with relevant working experience in TCGM or TCM or TGM related operation or maintenance work
- Proven supervisory skills in leading and managing a team with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on experience (operation or / and troubleshooting) in chemical, slurry or / and gas system is an advantage
- Basic chemical knowledge and experience on chemical or gas operations and understanding of P&ID and system design
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Experience in maintenance works for pumps, valves, filters, gas cabinets, VMB, VMP etc
- Expecting to work overtime when needed
- Proficient in English language; good MS Office skill
- Familar with SAP
- Familar with SharePoint
