**Overview**:
**Responsiblities**:

- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on blockchain technology for diverse groups of participants.
- Present complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner to participants with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Utilize various teaching methods, including presentations, hands-on exercises, group discussions, and case studies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and related fields to incorporate relevant information into training sessions. Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and overall participant satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, including its underlying principles, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic fundamentals.
- Familiarity with various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Binance Smart Chain) and related tools.
- Experience in delivering technical training sessions or workshops to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Patience and the ability to explain complex concepts in an easily understandable manner.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay up-to-date with the rapidly evolving blockchain landscape. Relevant certifications in blockchain or related fields are a plus.

**Schedule and Compensation**:
This is a part-time role, with training sessions scheduled based on demand. Compensation will be provided on an hourly or per-session basis, depending on the arrangement.
