PPP Coffee, formerly known as Papa Palheta, is a leading specialty coffee roaster in Singapore, with over 10 years of sourcing, roasting and serving specialty coffee to the community through its owner-operated F&B outlets, as well as its network of over 50 partner cafes, restaurants and offices. Established in 2009, PPP Coffee is also one of the first to launch a first-of-its-kind open-concept roastery housed in an Art Deco shophouse in the Jalan Besar precincts of Singapore.

PPP Coffee is looking for an experienced warehouse manager with experience in supply chain and logistics management to oversee our warehouse operations and fulfilment centre in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse assistants/packers to fulfil our ecommerce orders as well as working across departments to maintain sufficient inventory.
- Oversee the warehouse and logistics operations across the business units
- Responsible for managing group-level inventory and ensuring inventory count is accurate
- Coordinate all logistics activities and work with inter-department heads across different business units to receive incoming and outgoing shipment within the warehouse
- Manage a team of full-time and part-time warehouse assistants/packers to fulfil ecommerce orders through the efficient use of in-house and 3rd party delivery partners
- Monitor warehouse inventory and inform Product Managers if stocks are running below par level
- Provide feedback and suggest ways to improve operations and ensure cost-efficient and timely delivery of shipment and goods in line with the business needs
- Participate in monthly stock-take and provide monthly closing reports
- Support with any other administrative duties or special projects as required

**Minimum Requirements**
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position with minimum 1 year in a managerial role
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Familiarity with Shopify and marketplace ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Fairprice and Amazon
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate in written and spoken English and a positive mindset and “can-do” attitude to continuously strive to make things better
- Possess a Class 3 Driver’s license
