**Your mission**

As our Customer Success Manager APAC you will foster long-term relationships by enhancing product value, reduce churn and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will do this by focusing on making our customers successful through proactive engagement, renewal management, creating smooth customer-onboarding and by collaborating close with our sales managers in the region.

You will preferably be located in Singapore. You are fluent in English both orally and in writing. Additional languages such as Mandarin, Bahasa or Vietmanese is a great plus.

You will be a key factor for our growth plans in the region and we look forward to hear your story on how you create customer satisfaction, smooth onboarding process as well as your experience from handling diverse cultural factors. We are also interested in hearing about your work with renewal and revenue growth, training, enablement and advocacy, reporting and collaboration. We also need to hear about your technical and product expertise preferably from mobile phones.

We believe you have strong communication skills with ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value for customers. This position requires a strong technical interest, a proactive approach and that you enjoy collaboration with colleagues and customers taking advantage from your ability to influence on several levels. If you have a strong understanding of how a Customer Success Manager contributes to revenue growth and the drive to make it happen - then we want to have a talk with you.
