Singapore IVSC ASIA LTD. Full time

The organisation is headquartered in London, with a regional office in Singapore and board members in more than 40 countries. The IVSC is looking to recruit an External Affairs Manager, based in Singapore.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting the implementation of the IVSC’s strategy of outreach towards stakeholders in Asia. These stakeholders include regulators, valuation professional organisations, preparers of valuations, users of valuations, including investors, academic institutions.
- Attracting new members and sponsors to the IVSC by generating, contacting and following up on leads.
- Facilitating worldwide internal communications within the organisation, including staff, board members and other volunteers.
- Organising, marketing and hosting physical events and webinars with partner organisations.
- Conduct in-depth market research to assesses the viability of potential future proposals and opportunities.
- Coordinate the delivery of an annual ‘Global ESG Survey’ organised by the IVSC.

**Knowledge, skills, and abilities**:

- University degree (Bachelor or above) with 3+ years relevant working experience.
- An interest in working for the public good.
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills and a strong public speaker.
- Entrepreneurial skillset and willingness to take initiative to help grow and develop the IVSC across the Asia region.
- Consultative and communication skills (written & oral) and ability to interface effectively with all internal and external stakeholders and effectively disseminate information.
- Able to work in multi-cultural environment.
- Business proficiency in another major Asian language is highly preferred.
- Team player who can operate effectively.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, mostly within Asia-Pacific.
- Familiarity with valuation, accounting and finance (preferred but not essential)
