**Job description**
- Receive deliveries and ensure appropriate storage location of goods
- Assist in incoming shipments and deliveries and verify for accuracy of quantity and quality
- Sort food items according to their type
- Picking and packing of goods for delivery
- Preparation and handling of day-to-day documents for delivery and receiving of goods
- Understand delivery instructions from sales and managers and packing requirements by customers
- Make sure that frozen food items are stored and rotated properly following First In, First Out (FIFO) method
- Label packaged food items appropriately and perform checking of product labels
- Monitor quality and quantity of food items. Inspecting stock items for defects and report to managers.
- Responsible for the incoming and outgoing raw materials and trading goods and outgoing finished products
- Check and record the balance of the stock
- Monitor, count and record Inventories. Maintain proper documentations and pictures of inventory records
- Involved in stock count and QC processes
- Update and assist staffs’ stock queries and delivery schedules
- Assist and participate in the stocktake conducted monthly
- Responsible for defrosting, cleaning, grinding, and cutting all protein items in accordance with standardized procedures and corporate specifications
- Follow thawing and defrosting schedules/procedures according to company regulations.
- Basic Sanitation Skills.
- Basic mathematical skills and calculations.
- Practice economical work practices and avoid any wastage.
- Assist the Head Butcher during storing.
- Responsible for the portioning of all meats and other duties assigned by the Head Butcher.
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment (weighing scale, freezers, chillers, forklift, etc.), supplies, storage areas accordingly to safety regulations
- Housekeeping and organization of storage area and backyard environment.
- Any other assigned duties as directed by the supervisor

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Willing to work in a Non-Halal workplace
- Able to withstand cold temperatures (up to -18 degrees)
- Able to carry heavy goods

**WORKING SCHEDULE**:

- Monday
- Friday (7:00 AM START)
- Saturday (Half-day)
- With Holiday off

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: $1,700.00 - $1,800.00 per month

Schedule:
