**HR Generalist**
- Are you someone keen to make an impact to the company’s culture as it embarks on a new transition journey? Do you have the drive to be a part of HR team to plan and implement new HR initiatives and possess strong stakeholder management? You could be the one eligible for the role as HR Generalist in _**CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES**_._

**Responsibilities**

As a HR expert with strong local HR operational exposure, you will be the go-to person and support on effective delivery of local HR operations and activities, including and not limited to talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, compensation & benefit administration and HR administrative duties and projects being assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline
- At least 3 - 4 years' experience in local HR Operational exposure in a fast-paced manufacturing industry
- Sensitive in handling confidential information
- Good communications skills, meticulous and a good team player
- Independent, quick-learner with strong sense of responsibilities and initiatives
- Strong proficiency in MS Office in Word, Advanced Excel and Powerpoint
- Willing to travel to our Jurong plant occasionally

**The position is situated at our 3 Jalan Samulun Singapore 629127 with company transport being provided at Jurong East.**

**Salary**: From $3,000.00 per month
