**The Company**

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high performing US listed Group. Due to business expansion, there is now a newly created FP&A Director to lead the APAC business.

**The Role**

Reporting to the VP Finance and managing a large team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, determining and implementing the systems, processes and analysis with consistent operational and financial data used for driving operational excellence. You will be responsible for creating strong accounting and financial processes which support the business objectives, strategies and organizational structure. Develop and maintain a robust data analytics and reporting team, lead the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes and the monthly forecasting process. Other key responsibilities include the development of annual product cost savings initiatives, ensuring compliance with all corporate accounting policies, financial reporting practices and SOX compliance. Last but not least, to mentor and develop the finance team and build strong relationship with all the internal stakeholders.

**Your Profile**

To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with minimum 15 years of relevant experience ideally in a large MNC within Retail, FMCG or Healthcare Life Sciences industry. It is essential to have strong knowledge in manufacturing processes with good understanding of IFRS and a proven track record in stakeholder management. We are seeking a strong Finance leader who is nurturing, ambitious with strong problem-solving skills.
