Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

**Responsibilities**
- Own and lead recruitment process from start to finish across all APAC functions; from attraction/advertising, job descriptions, advise on market mapping, direct sourcing, support screening and interviewing, conduct interview feedback and advise and prepare offers for approval and execution
- Partner with, and develop strong relationships with regional hiring leaders to understand their requirements, coach and advise on our recruitment process and meet the growing talent needs of each country
- Leverage recruitment related analytics to identify market trends, manage key decisions to hire high caliber talent for the businesses across the region and advise on areas of improvement to recruitment strategy
- Collaborate with a variety of team members to provide the best experience and process possible, including partnering with People Business Partners, Hiring Managers, Global People Team, Talent Management, Hiring Managers and interview panelists.
- Work closely with global TA leadership team to identify opportunities for building brand awareness by commuting the employee value proposition through identified channels
- Identify and lead work on a variety of projects, where you can find new and innovative ways of doing things based on what excites you.
- Engage and manage external stakeholders to develop relationships with vendor partners, universities within key geographies to build an external bench of talent and hire for critical roles
- Ensure that every hiring process has a credible slate of diverse talent based on gender, ethnicity, etc. to promote DEI culture in the organization
- Any other (as this role is part of of both (APAC and Global) leadership teams, any project/responsibility can be assigned to the role holder, in addition to his/her own work
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years recruiting experience and 3+ years leading an internal recruitment team and coaching hiring leaders from a variety of countries and cultures to develop their recruitment capability
- Accustomed to working autonomously and as as part of global team, in a fast-paced organisation with ambitious growth plans and a track record of hiring exceptional and diverse talent
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities, work under pressure and to tight deadlines to be flexible, tenacious and take ownership of deliverables and outcomes
- Skills recruiting for SaaS sales roles, tech roles and G&A/marketing roles
- Experience developing strategies and action plans related hiring campaigns, attracting methodologies and direct sourcing in the APAC market
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills and a desire to establish meaningful global reporting
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and the ability to be detail-oriented, and have excellent problem solving abilities
- Collaborative at core, and actively seeking out feedback and new opinions
- Comfortable working in an agile and truly global environment
