**Position Overview**
MSCI Index Products Internship Program is a paid, full-time program whereby interns are assigned to work on specific, meaningful projects related to MSCI’s Index Product line. This position is best suited for a results-driven, self-starter with a strong work ethic and interest in the Investment Finance field.
Beyond gaining real project-based work experience, interns will walk away with a solid understanding of MSCI’s business, the industry that we operate in, and our culture. They will have the opportunity to interact with and learn from a diverse team across the organization and will be paired with an Index Product employee who will also act as buddy and provide day-to-day guidance and support.
**Specific Knowledge/Skills**
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and good team player
- Strong analytical, data driven and problem-solving skills, ability to break down complex issues.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work under time constraints
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for excellence
