Aon is currently recruiting a Graduate Hire to join our Treaty Reinsurance team in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside Account Executives supporting global reinsurance clients with account management and placement.
- Assist the team with client data review and market analysis.
- Assist the team with new business opportunities
- Supervision of management reports and information.
**Requirements**:

- Open to fresh degree graduates
- Fluent in both spoken and written English; additional languages will be added advantage
- Possess excellent oral, written, interpersonal, presentation and marketing skills
- Attention to detail, pro-active and results orientated
- Possess strong negotiation skills
- Possess good analytical mind with strong business acumen
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
- Willing to work hard to deliver results
- Be highly reliable, adaptable to changes and a good team player
