What a Talent Sourcer does in HP:

- Map out the talent market and stay up-to-date on the most recent trends and movements in the industry
- Using data to support/influence decision
- Works closely with the Recruiters and Recruiting Leadership team to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

- More than 6 years of experience in Sourcing/Recruiting
- Background and experience of building pipeline in Tech/Consumer Electronics/Computer Software/Hardware
- Demonstrated experience and/or ability using innovative direct sourcing techniques with the ability to build and maintain a network of talent preferred
- Data driven
- A strong hunger to learn and inquisitive in nature
- Degree in Human Resources/Business/Econs or any related fields.
