**Role Purpose**

- Develop enhancements and new features based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security through best practices and code reviews.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and frameworks like NodeJS, or React.
- Proficiency in backend technologies including C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AZURE APIM.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. GitLab.
