**What the role is**
- As the community leadership development arm of the People’s Association (PA), National Community Leadership Institute (NACLI) aims to equip our learners with the relevant skillsets and growth mindset so that they can contribute actively and effectively to the community building and citizen engagement efforts in Singapore.
We are currently seeking an intern to participate in the PA Structured Internship Programme with NACLI. The internship is a great opportunity for you to appreciate PA’s mission of building and bridging communities. At the same time, you will gain industry exposure and practical skills through working on meaningful digital marketing, social media engagement & other communication-related projects/assignments which are aimed at supporting NACLI’s capability building efforts.

**What you will be working on**
- The intern will be supporting the NACLI’s social media learning and communications team in the following aspects:

- Conceptualises and curates customised contents to communicate NACLI’s work, mission, and training objectives through its social media channels and other digital platforms in support of building the Institute’s online engagement
- Assists in monitoring, tracking, and analysing social media news/opportunities/trends that NACLI can harness to increase outreach and mindshare
- Supports the Institute’s learning publicity initiatives, e.g. production of NACLI prospectus, course EDMs, on-campus billboards, posters, production of learning aids, marketing stickers, etc.
- Contributes to NACLI’s ongoing social media engagement efforts
- Works closely with vendors guided by the NACLI team to achieve the Institute’s social media learning and communications deliverables

Learning objectives include:

- Gain hands-on experience in curating engaging social media learning contents
- Hone creativity and written communication skills through supporting copywriting work
- Understand the diverse areas of online and offline outreach and publicity efforts in an adult learning environment
- Develop planning and critical thinking skills through involvement in diverse projects and assignments

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements:

- Kindly note that the mínimal commitment period is 12 weeks/3 months
- Background/prior experience in areas related to Digital Communications, Mass Communications, Social Media Design, Marketing or related fields
- Knowledge of professional design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc.
- Excellent knowledge and keen interest in social media engagement
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and graphic design flair
