**Responsibilities**:
- Provide customer service, products information, operations and order processing support through e-commerce platform and website
- Handle daily orders, marketplace operation tasks, invoices and reports follow-up
- Monitoring the daily activities and reviews and its overall customer service performance
- Work closely with marketing department including product listings, suggestion from customer to increase the satisfaction.
- Data management, follow up and deal with after sales issue. Build up excellent branding and service in customers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Shift work will be required. 8am-5pm / 2pm-11pm, weekends and public holidays.
- Customer oriented and a team player. Keen ability to comprehend, capture, as well as interpret basic customer information with ability to manage difficult customer situations to respond promptly to the needs of the customer.
- Ability to work under pressure and be able to adapt quickly in response to changes in our fast-moving environment.
