We are currently looking for additional : Junior Ceramics Studio Instructors

Work Status: Full-Time

Work location: Orchard Central, Orchard Road

**Salary**: $2,200 - 3,000

**About Am I Addicted**:

We plan to open the biggest pottery studio and team, using our space not only as a ceramic studio but also as a place for gallery and as party venues. **THE JOB**:

- Ceramics tutoring;
- Design ceramic classes;
- Plan exhibitions and events including artist workshop;
- Kiln loading and unloading, and firing of ceramic pieces;
- Design and produce AIA ceramic product for retails purposes;
- Sets up, cleans, and demonstrates the use of equipment and instruments;
- Maintains inventories, orders supplies in accordance with purchasing procedures;
- Monitors safety and security of work area, equipment, supplies, and materials;
- Maintains cleanliness of work area;
- Any other assigned ad-hoc duties.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Possess intermediate knowledge of ceramics (throwing, trimming, and glazing);
- Able to make sake sets and teapot sets;
- Experience with teaching ceramics will be an absolute advantage
- Passionate about working in the ceramics industry;
- Responsible and well-organized;
- Good communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers;
- A team player;
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays;
- Meticulous, good organizational and documentation skills.
