We are looking for a creative and versatile **Motion Graphics Editor**with strong photography and video skills, to bring our brand stories to life through captivating video or photography content. You will play a pivotal role in crafting animated assets, product explainers, social media reels, and campaign videos that resonate with our target audience.

This dual role plays a key part in assisting lead creatives during shoots and in post-production, ensuring the brand’s content is chic, polished, and aligned with our brand image. This is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about digital content, fashion, and storytelling.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1.**Motion Graphics & Video Editing (Primary)**
- Conceptualize and design engaging motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, e-commerce, and digital ads.
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished visual stories with transitions, effects, text overlays, and sound.
- Create brand-consistent animations, including logo reveals, typography animations, transitions, and visual effects.
- Support social media content production with short-form Reels and TikTok videos that align with trends and platform best practices.

2. **Photography & Videography Support**
- Assist in planning, setting up, and executing product, lifestyle, campaign, and behind-the-scenes photoshoots and videos.
- Operate and maintain cameras, lighting equipment, and other studio tools as needed during shoots.
- Capture secondary or supplementary footage/photos during main shoots for additional campaign and social media content.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure footage aligns with storytelling goals and visual standards.
- Coordinate with stylists, models, and creatives to ensure smooth production workflow.
- Maintain organized photo libraries and assist with photo editing.

3. **Creative Collaboration**
- Work closely with the marketing, creative, and content teams to translate briefs into impactful visual stories.
- Support content creation for seasonal campaigns, new launches, and retail/online promotions.
- Stay updated with the latest photo and video trends in fashion and retail to contribute fresh ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Multimedia Design, Film, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, and visual storytelling.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is a bonus.
- Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and basic sound equipment.
- Skilled in photo and video composition, color correction, and visual storytelling.
- Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing motion graphics, short-form video content, and photography work.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in fashion shoots or working with creative directors/stylists is a plus
