**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Oversees the prompt and efficient presentation of passengers’ checked baggage on arrival claim without undue delay.
- Ensures all mishandled, unclaimed and offloaded baggage (including items found and security items retrieved from passengers) be restored and returned to its rightful owners expeditiously.
- Perform any other related duty for which he is detailed to do so by his superior
- Assist with customer enquiries and grievances
- Manage passenger queue at the Lost and Found office
- Ensure all bags removed timely from arrival belts
- To ensure no incidents of bags overflowing from arrival belts
- To take timing of 1st pax on belt
- Ensure odd size items to be removed timely for smooth operations of the odd size belts
- Perform any other adhoc duties

- Able to work under pressure to meet reporting timelines
- Willing to pick up and broaden skill sets
- Dynamic, self-driven and an effective team player
- Displays positive attitude towards work
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to commit 2 to 3 days per week
- Able to commit to 1700H - 2300H on days preferred
