**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a **reliable and detail-oriented Site Support Coordinator **to assist with site monitoring, customer interactions, and contractor communication.

The primary focus of this role is to **follow instructions precisely **from the Interior Design Manager and ensure tasks are executed as directed. This position involves taking photos and measurements on-site, documenting progress, and coordinating with Mandarin-speaking contractors. The work is a combination of on-site and remote tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Follow Instructions**:Take detailed and clear instructions from the Interior Design Manager and execute tasks as directed.
- **Site Documentation**:Capture clear and organized photos and videos of the site to document progress and current conditions.
Ensure all visuals are labeled and shared promptly with the project team.
- **Measurements**:Accurately measure the site as instructed and report findings to the manager.
- **Customer Feedback & Defects**:Collect feedback from owners and share it with the project team.
Walk through the site with owners to identify defects and document them for follow-up.
- **Contractor Coordination**:Communicate instructions to Mandarin-speaking contractors as required.
Relay updates from contractors to the Interior Design Manager for timely action.
- **Reporting**:Submit daily updates, including photos, measurements, and any feedback collected.
Maintain simple logs of completed tasks and observations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Skills**:Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with mandarin speaking contractors and team members.
- **Experience**:No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- **Skills**:Strong ability to follow instructions accurately and execute tasks precisely.
Basic photography and measurement skills.
Comfortable navigating construction sites and interacting professionally with contractors and clients.
- **Other Requirements**:Physically capable of conducting on-site inspections.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
