So, when you say hello to us, you are really empowered to say “Hello BIG Possibilities”._ ** Be a Part of Something BIG** **Make An Impact By** ** AI Strategy & Enablement** - Support the development, refinement and execution of Singtel Group’s AI strategy - Create **strategy playbooks and toolkits** to support scalable AI adoption - Drive strategy implementation through **adoption and enablement initiatives**, including **AI projects** in partnership with operating companies and external tech providers - Track and report AI implementation success through **value realisation framework** and regular management reporting ** AI Community Engagement** - Establish and nurture an **AI community** across Singtel Group to foster peer learning, collaboration, and innovation - Maintain **community repository** to support ongoing dialogue and resource sharing - Develop and publish a regular **AI newsletter** to share updates, success stories, learning resources, and upcoming events - Conduct **AI Practice sessions** **and workshops** with Opcos and Regional Associates across the Singtel Group, identify opportunities for and **drive collaborations** **Change Management & Culture Building** - Lead **change management campaigns** such as hackathons, innovation challenges, and AI showcases to foster adoption - Design **hands-on learning experiences** such as simulations, labs, and sandbox environments to facilitate campaigns ** Training & Capability Building** - Implement AI workforce transformation programmes, including **AI training programmes** tailored to different employee segments (e.g. technical teams, business users, leadership) ** Skills For Success** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics or a related field. - Approximately 5 years of experience in AI, data analytics, digital product management or platform engineering - Demonstrated experience in leading or contributing to AI initiatives, training programmes, or community engagement efforts - Exposure to regional operations and multicultural stakeholder environments is a plus - Good understanding of AI technologies including machine learning, generative AI and big data platforms - Proficiency in using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to enhance workflows and content creation - Excellent written and visual communication skills, with experience in content creation, storytelling, and internal communications - Ability to manage community-building initiatives, facilitate workshops, and engage diverse audiences across technical and non-technical domains - Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions - Experience in creating sandbox environments for AI experimentation and learning - Passion for AI enablement, workforce transformation, and inclusive innovation ** Rewards that Go Beyond** Full suite of health and wellness benefits Ongoing training and development programs Internal mobility opportunitie We are committed to a safe and healthy environment for our employees & customers and will require all prospective employees to be fully vaccinated.
