- Assist in managing daily bakery operations.
- Supervise and train bakery staff.
- Ensure high-quality products and customer service.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Assist in developing new recipes and menu items.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Prepare reports on sales and inventory.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Monitor and control waste and spoilage.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.Provide support to the Bakery Manager as needed.

**Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a bakery or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using bakery equipment and tools.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train and motivate staff.
- Experience in budgeting and financial planning.
- Passion for baking and creating new recipes.
