**Job Title: Factory Cleaner**

**Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the factory floor, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas on a regular basis.
- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling materials in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
- Follow established procedures for the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and machinery used in the production process.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed, such as painting or minor repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in cleaning roles, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures.

**Working Conditions**:This position requires working in a factory environment where there may be exposure to noise, dust, and chemicals. The Factory Cleaner will need to adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
