**Roles & Responsibilities**

Support AIA SG’s Business Growth by supporting effective Communication Strategies to aid information transfer from organization to Tied Distribution. Support knowledge management required by Tied Distribution, make them available to them when they need.

**Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Support daily communications governance
- Uphold Standards and Quality of outgoing communication
- Ensure all communications follow SOP
- Play the role of the communication consultants to advise other stakeholders on what can be done and what is the procedure to getting it done
- Create package content and creative design concepts for internal communications
- Plan and coordinate the end-to-end process of content creation
- Create & Manage content on SharePoint, iKNOW
- Specialize in 2 or more communication skills (writing, emcee, slides, video or live stream) & constantly explore ways to upskill
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

**Minimum Job Requirements**
- A degree in any discipline, preferably in Mass Communications or related course
- Experience in internal communications, or related fields at a marketing agency or as an in-house communications practitioner or Video Content Creation will be an advantage
- Strong ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communicator with Effective Writing, Presentation & Video Creation / Editing abilities
- Strong project management and people engagement skills
- Self-motivated, curious, resourceful and a good team player
