You will work with a team with technical expertise working alongside engineers. You will ensure on contractual fulfilment, customer satisfaction & operational excellence within your domain.

**Be Part of Our Success**
- Support day-to-day operation L2/3 for in-house infrastructure
- Coordinate with vendor and stakeholders for service request and incident resolutions
- Able to work independently from resolving technical problems with minimum supervision
- Familiar with cyber security domain and able to recognizes problems by identify abnormalities within the domain
- Involve in infrastructure projects and planning
- Regularly maintain up-to-date documentations for infrastructure activities
- Participant in maintenance window when required after office hours and weekend support when required

**Qualities We Value**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in System Infrastructure
- Good communication skills, be meticulous, organized in your work and be able to work well with tight deadlines
- Proficiency with any of the following: AV, EPP, EDR, VA
- Skillsets in Cyber Security Certification is added advantage
- Working location is in Jurong East/Ang Mo Kio
- Singaporeans Only
