**Your new company**

An Inventory Planner role in a Automotive MNC located in the West of Singapore focusing on the Service Parts to plan the end to end supply of service market parts to meet the customer demands.

**Your new role**
- Provide high level of parts availability and customer service
- Plan scheduled order to ensure accurate and timely information on delivery schedule
- Follow up on overdue orders and liaise with suppliers on urgent request
- Coordination on delivery
- Participate in continuos improvements project such as optimise inventory, delivery lead time and how to reduce cost
- Follow up on any escalations

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business or related
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills particularly when dealing with supplier and customers
- Posses the ability to work with cross-functional teams
