**Job Description**:
1. Customer Experience Design

2. UX/UI Designers specializing in complex design systems in fast-paced environments.

3. Min - 2 Years Experience

4. Self-driven, responsible, and confident designer, who enjoys a high degree of freedom.

5. 2+ years of work experience.

6. Experience in Figma, and using complex design systems to qualify for this position.

7. Eye for detail and the big picture.

8. Attaining knowledge independently is second nature to you.

9. Good overall communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are important.

**Requirements**:
1. Possess a degree in design or a related field.

2. Understanding of key design principles

3. Experience with responsive and adaptive design

4. Capable of understanding and articulating the technical feasibility of solutions

5. Excellent problem-solving skills

6. Ability to thrive as part of a multi-site team

7. Ability to present your own work clearly and efficiently

8. A bias to action and passion for problem-solving
