As a **Finance Admin Assistant (6 Months Contract) **, you will support the Head of Finance to perform the following duties:
**Responsibilities**
- Support Accounts Receivable function including processing of invoices and preparation of statement of accounts.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities, and follow-up on customer billing queries.
- Support Accounts Payable function, including validating invoices and processing invoices for payment.
- Maintenance of the vendor master and perform analysis and checks of vendors details/balance to ensure all records are accurate.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close.
- Assist in updating the fixed assets register.
- Provide administrative support to the business as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in Accounts/ Finance is preferred
- Meticulous and with high degree of personal initiative, flexibility and ability to work well under deadlines and without supervision
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office
