- Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (8:30 am - 5:30 pm), Sat (8 am - 12 pm)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the daily delivery fleet on all platforms using software, including B2B, B2C, and overseas.
- Prepare and load items for drivers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Track and record logistic data to enhance delivery efficiency, manage logistic expense claims, vehicle management, and customer data updates.
- Collaborate with departments to plan shipments and stock, participating in follow-up meetings.
- Strategically plan operations for peak seasons and public holidays to minimize disruptions.
- Take proactive measures to maintain daily operations, making quick and precise decisions to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in inventory stock movement and data entry.
- Complete all necessary document work, weekly meetings, and monthly closing reports as required.
- Provide data analytics for inventory-related insights.
- Continuously update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for logistic, inventory, and daily operations.
- Study and understand operational workflows, proposing changes that align with company policies and procedures.
- Research and evaluate new technology programs for process improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
