Business Intelligence Solution Architect

**About the Role**:
As a result of this large-scale change program, we are seeking to appoint a Business Intelligence (BI) Solution Architect and Business Analyst (BA) responsible for the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions that maximize the full potential of the Data & Analytics solution stacks, resulting in the realization of desired business value. The role scope includes improvements to existing BI solutions and driving the implementation of the Global Data & Analytics strategy across the region in partnership with Global and Regional IT teams.

The role is based in Singapore:

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and insight needs and challenges, translate these into Business requirements
- Lead the design of data requirements, data structures and visualization layers to meet the business needs
- Lead database analysis, design and build effort, partnering with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of high quality, high integrity solutions
- Guide the development and modernization of the data & analytics landscape in line with the Global Data & Analytics strategy
- Provide analysis and recommendations on optimization of the data and analytics stack to ensure its operating optimally.
- Own and drive high-level regional Data & Analytics platform release schedule across delivery teams
- Own and maintain prioritization of the features and requirements backlog for the APAC Data & Analytics platform
- Contribute to projects as a specialist for Data & Analytics.
- Administration and configuration of Data & analytics solutions.
- Design solutions that maximize usability whilst minimizing code and customization

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of professional experience in IT projects with a focus on Data & Analytics
- Experience in designing and implementing data warehouses and working in cloud-based Data Warehouse environments
- Deep understanding of data warehouse design concepts and technical platforms
- Strong expertise in integrating and migrating data warehouse platforms.
- Solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset paired with strong communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail, methodical approach
- Very good conceptual and analytical skills and a high motivation to define sophisticated process solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional and collaborative team environment
- Experience in data transformation and ETL tools such as SAP Business Objects Data services, SQL, DataBricks, Matillion
- Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies/practices is an advantage
- Proven delivery of BI change request/project portfolios, setting and aligning priorities and managing all involved stakeholders
