**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all QA/QC activities on-site for structural precast and architectural works (FAB and CUP).
- Review and ensure compliance with project quality specifications, method statements, and ITPs.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
- Supervise and ensure quality workmanship from subcontractors across various construction phases.
- Manage documentation, including material approvals, such as RFI, NCR, QA checklists, and material approvals.
- Support site progress planning, sequence management, and technical coordination.Collaborate with project and safety teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering.
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in:
Precast installation and QA/QC
Semiconductor, cleanroom, or high-spec industrial projects
Main contractor or design & build environments
- Hands-on with site coordination, sequencing, and subcontractor supervision.
- Strong understanding of QA/QC workflows and technical drawings.Good communication and documentation skills.
