- Plan, prepare and be responsible for all culinary activities in the kitchen
- Improve, modify and develop new menu regularly
- Ensure freshness and quality of food being served
- Responsible for food-ordering and stocking levels in accordance to sales forecast and ensure kitchen have enough inventory for day-to-day business
- Monitor inventory and reduce food wastages to the minimum, through practicing correct product management measurement (e.g FIFO)
- Maintain good personal and team hygiene as well as carry out work and safety standards in the workplace

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in Western culinary field
- Able to work under pressure and have excellent time management
- Diploma Holder

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
