Senior Videographer/video Strategist

**Responsibilities**
- Assist video producers and editors by streamlining their workflow
- Create templates and animations that social media strategists/communications executives can quickly utilise in order to export ads/content
- Design, animate, and edit both static and motion-based graphics including: Promo ads, Instagram stories/posts, Direct Response ads, stories told through motion graphics and other needs for YouTube, Facebook and Instagram
- Oversee Cru Singapore YouTube channel by working closely with Corporate Communications Team and field ministry teams to create compelling next steps from video assets
- Articulate creative process, thoughts, ideas clearly and brainstorm with team on new strategies
- Keep up with the latest trends of creative and technology in the social and digital space
- Able to replicate existing ads, graphics, or animations with general ease
- Flexible but deadline-driven and able to confidently deliver graphics with complete accuracy

As a Christian organisation, employees will be required to attend work meetings and Christian fellowship meetings, which start and end with religious activities such as prayers, words of worship and bible sharing. Non-Christian employees are not required to participate in religious activities.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma from accredited institution in Film, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Motion Graphics Designer (preferably in an advertising or video production house) with solid understanding of video production process including post production processes and requirements
- At least 2 years of video-editing experience
- After Effects mastery and proficiency in other motion graphics programs
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and assignments simultaneously under strict deadlines
- Experience in 2D animation/rendering, and/or 3D is advantageous
- Willing to work on weekends and travel at least twice a year to cover field/missions stories through visual story-telling
- Knowledge of Christian theology for video storyline development and execution
- Able to work independently and as a team
