Outreach Assistant

**Location : Blk 701B Yishun ave 5 #02-612, Muhammadiyah Active Aging Centre**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to residents in the service boundary area
- Share information about AAC programmes and services
- Record outreach data accurately using provided tools (e.g., Google Forms, hardcopy log sheets)
- Provide feedback on resident interests, needs or requests
- Collaborate with staff on strategies to improve outreach efforts
- Report weekly progress to the Centre Manager

**(Outreach Target**:Min 60 units to be covered per week)

**(Outreach Areas**: Within Yishun Ave 5, Yishun St 71 & Yishun St 72)

**REQUREMENTS**
- Able to commit at least **3 days per week** for **12 months** (minimum 24 hours/week)
- Min GCE 'N' Level
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with walking long distances and climbing stairs
- **Basic proficiency in English; ability to speak Mandarin, Malay, or dialects is a bonus**:

- Preferably with some community outreach experience (not mandatory)
- Passionate about serving elders.
- Resourceful, proactive, responsible, and focused on clients.
- Capable of working independently and under time constraints.
- Punctual, responsible, and independent
- Suitable for students, homemakers, or retirees with time flexibility

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

License/Certification:

- Singaporean IC (required)
