**The opportunity**

The IT BA for core services & cross episode provides unique opportunity to learn and practice how to make components reusable and easy to maintain. While the focus would still be implementing solution that deliver business values, this role offers exposure to deliver values from the dimension of reusability and configurability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serves as the liaison and the reference point between the business and the technical analyst in making sure the requirements are clearly understood and translated to the functional requirements by leveraging on the resources and skill-set within and across the work-streams.
- Support Product Owner and Operation SME (Subject Matter Expert) in solutioning conversations, ensuring optimum leverage in underlying components such as workflow, document management system, policy document engine, document generation engine, APIs, and common services.
- Conduct prioritization with product owner
- Play scrum master role and perform sprint planning
- Write user stories along with acceptance criteria
- Walkthrough user stories and acceptance criteria with developers (both SG and Regional) and testers to ensure accurate understanding.
- Write test plan and test scenario (testing will be executed by business), however, some minor testing will be done here and there for sanity/smoke test
- Review test results and participate in defect triage Obtain UAT sign off for deployment into production

**What we are looking for**
- Requirement analysis and user stories + acceptance criteria writing (for both business and technical requirements)
- Knowledge on workflow, document management system, document generation engine, APIs
- Test management
- Stakeholder management
- Coordination, risk and issue resolution
- Ability to work under minimum supervision

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in BA role
- Experience in Life Insurance organization is a must
- Experience in writing business and technical requirements is a must, preferably for workflow, document management system, document generation engine and APIs
- Delivery experience in Agile preferred Experience working with regional development team preferred
