**1) Provide Customer Service**

The Coconut Barista is the face of the stall and has considerable influence on its patrons’ experience. They must maintain a professional and friendly demeanour and offer timely assistance to customers in order to ensure that their needs are met. If any issues arise throughout the customer’s beverage experience, the Coconut Barista is responsible for resolving it.

**2) Take Orders**

Presenting menus, answering questions and promotion suggestions, the Coconut Barista will guide patrons through the stall’s promotion and eventually assist with their orders. It is often the duty of the Coconut Shake Barista to explain menu items, assist patrons with special dietary needs and recommend menu items that the stall would like to sell more of.

**3) Making and Serving Beverages**

Responsible for making and serving orders from the kitchen to customers. Coconut Barista must learn the art of making the coconut shakes, ensuring quality. Maintaining an organized record of order to which he or she can refer. Should an order be incorrect, it is the Coconut Barista’s duty to fix the order and bring out a new one.

**4) Process Payments**

Coconut Barista ensure that patrons receive their bills in a timely manner and that all orders are properly listed and priced. They receive and process payments, operating the Point Of Sale (POS) System, and return paid checks and receipt to customer. They are responsible for resolving any discrepancies in billing.

**5) Food and Beverage Server Skills**

Energetic and personable, Coconut Barista should have excellent customer service skills and work in a fast-paced environment. They are professional, attentive and detail-oriented, ensuring customers have a great experience. Using interpersonal skills, adaptability and conflict-resolution skills, they resolve any issues that arise to make sure customers leave happy.

**6) General Housekeeping Skills**

Able to always keep the stall clean and presentable, stock-taking, and cleaning up the stall at the end of the day.
