**Responsibilities**
- Provision and De-provision IT systems access to users in accordance with the joiner and leaver process within the agreed KPI.
- Provide support in advisory capacity to IT Support teams, access approvers and audit teams.
- Liaise with System Administrators and Business Owners to understand role composition and profile management of systems including any segregation of duties.
- Participate in internal and external audits to produce evidence of process control.
- Ensure all access controls and processes are fit for purpose and meet the requirements of audit and compliance policies.
- Identify opportunities to streamline the current processes to meet the requirements of audit and compliance policies.
- Identify, document, develop and continually improve processes and controls for access to IT systems.

**Requirements**:

- Recognized university degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Manage Information Science, Banking and Finance or equivalent
- Good system knowledge relating to workflow, SNOW and access control.
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge in desktop computing and Microsoft Office products.
- Individual interested in technology security and compliance
- Demonstrates ability to manage communication to satisfy the needs of and resolve issues with stakeholders - manages conflict and gains stakeholder trust to foster good relations
- Work closely with Internal Audit, to align plans and strategy
- Produce and deliver high quality work products including formal deliverables, technical -documentation and reporting
- Experience in access control and Ms office product
- Must maintain a strong understanding of access control policies/procedures, vendor onboarding processes and access management resources.
- Review request - Task System and the e-workflow tool.
- Strong discipline in compliance and security policies.
- Strong sense of ownership on managing assigned tasks
- Be responsible, responsive and supportive
