**The Role**
The mission of our Sales Enablement team is to maximize business performance by driving the effectiveness and productivity of our sales team. We empower our teams in 2 areas. 1) We will be accelerating our leaders with leadership and coaching skills to build trust and motivation amongst our people. 2) Together with the sale leaders, we will invest in building sales skills and methodologies for our sales reps that are focused on areas including prospecting, pitching, objection handling and closing
As the Learning Experience Design Manager, you are the mastermind that builds the learning engine across Xendit. More specifically, you will be responsible for partnering with leadership and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to source materials and develop and re-imagine interactive and engaging digital development experiences. You will also act as a trusted advisor on digital and blended learning programs and content production, providing consultancy to individuals and teams across the business. To do this you will support the rollout of learning programs and design, create, and deliver quality training materials, raising the bar for creative and effective adult education methodologies. You will also lead the development of standards, best practices and templates for learning through our LMS and beyond.This will give you experience working on strategic solutions which have incredibly high-impact across the organization. You will also have the opportunity to improve the current programs and develop and hone your program design skills as we scale.
**Outcomes**
You should bring a background of implementing L&D programs alongside a data-obsessed approach to learning evaluation, leveraging metrics and globally accepted feedback mechanisms to quantify the impact of learning and measure the success of learning programs. Functional skills should span the learning design lifecycle and include, but not be restricted to rubric and skills matrix design, storyline and Individual development, e-learning creation, as well as the ability to lead on content templates and best practices. Experience collaborating and leading on projects cross-functionally with senior leaders and our content delivery partners.
- Use appropriate tools and delivery methods to produce blended learning materials promoting learning through self-study, practice, performance support, socialization and knowledge-sharing
- Design and develop creative learning experiences and materials in multiple modalities, including synchronous remote learning methodologies, blended classroom learning, interactive eLearning modules, videos, infographics, and reference material
- Continually evaluate solutions for quality, business impact, and scalability
- Leverage current tools and propose new learning technology & solutions to improve learner access and provide just in time learning.
- Pursue a deep understanding of learner roles to ensure that learning solutions meet the needs of stakeholders and end users.
- Maintain knowledge of new learning approaches, technology and tools through continuous research to ensure our solutions deliver innovation
- Develop assessments that measure learner outcomes including productivity and understanding
- Help shape the future of Xendit's training program(s) and field learning. You will be known for your ability to teach, turning the abstract into concrete reality while we build out comprehensive field learning programs
**What we're looking for**
**Basic Experiences**
- At least 3 years' experience in instructional design and developing learning content.
- 3+ years' experience & high proficiency in standard publishing/authoring tools: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and learning principles in online and in person/virtual settings
- Experience with instructional media including instructor-led, eLearning, and virtual instructor-led training and train the trainers
- Experience communicating and working effectively cross-functionally is essential for success in this role
- A high threshold for navigating ambiguity and building effective solutions that scale.
**Preferred Experiences**
- Experience using data collection, research, and analysis to evaluate project outcomes and improve individual and organizational performance
