Music Performance. We

seeking a passionate music educator to lead our

Diploma and Advanced Diploma programs in an innovative, multicultural

environment.

1. Academic Leadership
- Design and implement innovative music curriculum
- Mentor and support teaching staff
- Create engaging learning experiences for students
- Lead assessment and quality improvement initiatives

2. Program Management
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of music programs
- Manage resources and budget effectively
- Plan and organize student performances and events
- Foster industry partnerships and community engagement

3. Faculty Development
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of educators
- Create professional development opportunities
- Build a collaborative teaching environment
- Promote research and industry engagement
- Support innovative teaching practices

4. Student Success
- Guide student development and progression

What Youll Bring:
Essential Qualifications:
At least a Bachelor degree in Music or Music Education (Master

preferred)

Proven experience in music education and program management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin

Experience with contemporary music education practices

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment

Key Competencies:

Strong team leadership abilities

Excellence in communication (English required, other languages valued)

Experience with educational technology
