- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and alignment fine tune of industial robots, cobots, automative vehicle and automation equipment, including track systems.
- Support installation, setup and commissioning of new system setup.
- Assist in engineering projects, new system setup, equipment improvements.
- Troubleshoot pneumatic and automation systems to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, incidents, and improvements.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure smooth line operations.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and promote a strong safety culture to prevent incidents and equipment damage.
- ITE, Diploma, or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply; Knowledge of Robotic and Automation in academic.
- Experience with equipment or automation systems is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of pneumatic systems and troubleshooting of equipment and automation systems preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise with vendor from China is an advantage.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across internal departments, customers, and suppliers.
- High awareness of workplace safety and commitment to safe work practices.
- Willing to work 12-hour Day shifts and provide production line support as required.
