Responsibilities
- Send the shipping documents, including a packing list and delivery orders, to the appropriate parties.
- It is your responsibility to pack your items for export shipments.
- Perform all store duties, such as checking, distributing, and receiving as well as loading and unloading goods.
- Create purchase orders utilizing the internal accounting system (POs).
- Working with freight forwarders will ensure prompt product delivery to both domestic and foreign customers.
- Work on an ERP system's shipping-related modules.
- Accepts any extra assignments a superior gives you.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in import and export documentation and shipping practices.
- Positive working attitude with good initiatives.
- Good IT knowledge like Microsoft words, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working Location: Bukit Merah
- Working Time: Mondays to Fridays (8.30am to 5.30pm)
