**About the role**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Part-Time Recruiter** to support our hiring needs. Your main responsibility will be to **post job advertisements** and **conduct phone screenings** for applicants who meet the minimum requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft and post job ads on various platforms (e.g. FastJobs, Indeed, Telegram, etc.)
- Make phone calls to qualified applicants to verify details and assess fit
- Maintain simple records of applicant progress

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills
- Friendly and confident phone manner
- Self-motivated and organised
- Prior experience in recruitment or admin work preferred, but not required
- Able to work independently and manage your time well without supervision
