About the team
Responsible for requirement analysis and strategy optimization of Big Language Model, responsible for data quality and model effect, and working with multiple teams such as evaluation and R & D to improve model effect
1. Source and develop strategic partnerships with labeling service providers and workforce platforms to meet the annotation needs of product and tech teams.
2. Initiate and maintain specific annotation projects or data procurement contracts, collaborating with our strategic partners, operations teams, and procurement experts.
3. Map the landscape of annotation resources and propose a sourcing methodology and growth plan for high-quality annotators.
1. A minimum of seven years of professional experience is required. Solid experience in developing partnerships with BPOs, gig-worker platforms, and professional services is strongly preferred.
4. Applicants should be collaborative team players who can exert influence tactfully without being excessively forceful.
