Patient Service Assistant

We seek a service-oriented, self-motivated team player who can work independently.
You will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our Clinics.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Work closely with our team and provide quality clinical care in an outpatient environment.
2. Registration of patients and managing appointments, attending enquiries, assisting doctors and chaperoning patients, dispensing medications, payment collection & billing duties.
3. Assist in administrative work like claims submission through government/insurance portals.
**Secondary Responsibilities and Duties**
Assumed additional responsibilities assigned by the clinic supervisor/clinic manager.
**Job Requirements.**
1. One with relevant experience will be preferred.
2. Good command of written and spoken English.
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. PC literate and good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Fluency in a second language or dialect(s) will be an advantage (to liaise with non-English speaking patients)
6. Willing to work on a 5.5 days’ work week basis.
7. Able to work rotating shift duties (including nights, weekends)
