We are seeking a talented Visual Content Creator to join our marketing team and produce engaging video content elevate our brand and resonate with our audience. Details of the key responsibilities are as follows:
1. Understand and study creative briefs and its requirements

2. Plan, shoot and edit high quality video content for multiple platforms, including social media, websites and online/offline advertising

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts that highlight product benefits, customer testimonials, educational content, and brand stories

4. Create product demonstration videos, customer testimonials, event recaps, and behind-the-scenes content

5. Develop storyboards and visual concepts for video projects that align with the marketing strategy

6. Handle video production from start to finish (storyboarding, scripting, shot lists, shooting, lighting, sound, editing, colour grading, sound mixing)

7. Stay up to date with industry trends and video production techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table

8. Ensure brand consistency across all visual content, following style guides and ensuring compliance with industry regulations

9. Think and develop creative concepts that help align brand with modern time

10. Optimize video content for various platforms, adjusting formats and aspect rations for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu & etc

11. Manage and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear

12. Other administrative duties and special tasks and projects as assigned

**Job Requirements**

1. At least 2 years of videography experience

2. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)

3. Experience with various camera equipment, lighting, and sound setups

4. Strong portfolio of previous work, including product videos, testimonials, and promotional content

5. Creative thinker with the ability to transform ideas into visually appealing videos

6. Experience with social media content creation and knowledge of platform-specific video formats

7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

9. Experience in graphic design, photography skills and motion graphics/animation are a plus

10. Fluent in English & Chinese (to manage Chinese social media platforms)

11. A team player who can collaborate easily across various departments but also work independently

**Salary Package**: Basic ($3200 to $3800 depending on skills and working experiences) + Incentives + Variable bonus
