Our client is a private rehab center looking for a rehab assistant to assist in their daily routine.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises under the guidance of the rehabilitation therapists.
- Help patients with physical activities such as walking, stretching, strengthening exercises, and mobility tasks.
- Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report progress or concerns to therapists.
- Set up and maintain therapy equipment (e.g., exercise machines, weights, mobility aids).
- Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and mobility around the facility.
- Record and maintain accurate patient progress notes, including any changes in condition.
- Ensure that patients are comfortable, safe, and supported throughout therapy sessions.
- Provide basic administrative support (e.g., scheduling appointments, updating records, assisting with patient intake).
- Educate and encourage patients in performing prescribed exercises at home to facilitate recovery.
- Assist in patient assessments, including measurements of strength, range of motion, and endurance.
- Provide emotional support to patients, ensuring they feel motivated and engaged during their rehabilitation process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the therapy area and equipment.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum ITE Skills Certificates or equivalent required.
- A Diploma in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic IT proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Customer-focused, service-oriented, and a team player.
- 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
