**What you will be working on**
- Roles and Responsibilities:

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and training partners to conduct periodic evaluation of training programmes, to ensure relevancy of programmes
- Shortlist and evaluate external training programmes for internal staff
- Support learning activity administration, process registration, track staff learning-hours and post-learning obligation
- Administer systems and infrastructure
- Co-develop bite sized learning resources
- Administer and support the team in implementation of training policies and programmes

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
- Tertiary education qualifications with relevant training experience is advantageous
- Additional experience in curriculum development, training delivery and design, and training administration and coordination, would be an advantage
- Excellent administrative skills and tech savvy
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
