Job Responsibilities
- To be able to setup & service for breakfast/lunch/dinner.
- To be able to do preparation for event, eg: Roll up of equipment & BOH requirement.
- To possess types of beverage sequence of service.
- To be able to conduct and perform canapes/cocktail service.
- To be able to brew coffee for both manual and machines.
- To acquire basic F&B Banquets knowledge.
- To be able to read and understand F&B Requirement from BEOs.
- To be able to conduct an effective operations briefing for casuals (up to 10 casuals).
- To possess knowledge & Align with MBS compliance.

Job Requirements Education & Certification - Secondary education preferred Experience - Minimum 1 years in customer service / guest contact roles, preferably in a hospitality organization Other Prerequisites - Ability to lead by example with honesty and integrity - Ability to exceed guest expectations - Ability to analyze and improve process and procedures - Ability to interact and solve opportunities with employees and guests - Ability to adapt and take advantage of different working environment, staff, guests and opportunities - Able to work weekends & public holiday - Able to work standing up to 8 hours
