**Job description**:
Charterhouse Partnership is currently sourcing for a Compliance AVP/VP (FCC). Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the incumbent will provide AML/CFT compliance support to the business lines operating in the Singapore Branch

Working closely with the Head of Compliance, you will perform regulatory gap analysis to review and update AML / CFT Framework programs and related Appendices for regional consistency.

You will be responsible in generating Management Information to demonstrate satisfactory management of non-compliance risks, incorporating new regulatory expectations, and identified improvement actions when necessary. You will also be involved in existing remediation plans.

You will act as a business enabler in partnership with the first line of defense to manage non-compliance risk and provide AML/CFT expertise and solutions to support business development and strategic initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of compliance experience within global market.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of banking and global markets products, as well as the corresponding regulations pertaining to anti-money laundering (AML) and countering the financing of terrorism (CFT).
- Exhibit the ability to interpret and effectively communicate laws, rules, and regulations to ensure operational compliance within the business lines.
- Take a proactive approach and display high motivation, along with the maturity to handle challenging situations.
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills in English.
