**The Role**

SURGE: Strength & Results is looking for an Front Desk Marketing Executive to join our team in Singapore.

**FULL TIME**

**Working Location Anson**

We are looking for individuals that are keen to learn, and build a PORTFOLIO in the fitness industry.

**Job Scopes**:

- Serve and engage all walk-in customers with superior service
- Provide support and assist in all customer-related matters, including customers’ transaction records
- Perform and supervise front desk and other general office activities, process payments and internal documentation.
- Oversee the attendance of clients, preparing reports, and other daily admin/operational matters.
- Responsible for invoices and following up of billings
- Writing, publishing, and editing content across a range of mediums - editorial, video and static, social media
- Coordination, creation, and delivery of content strategies, plans, and campaign
- Any other ah-hoc duties required

**Ideal Profile**

**Job Requirements**:

- Relevant certification or equivalent
- Interested in & have some knowledge of Marketing and graphic design
- Familiar with Social Media posting (Instagram and Facebook)
- Proficiency in English
- Strong administrative and organization skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic designing skills and poster designs using Canva or any other software
